We strive to meet your requests but sometimes some products are more successful than expected. If your favorite product is out of stock, do not hesitate to contact us to find out its next availability.

Orders

Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify it. However, you will be able to return your order if it does not suit you.

If you have logged in with a customer account, you can find your orders in your online space. If you also cannot find your order in your customer area or if you do not have an account, we recommend that you send an email to our customer service department (customerservice@guillotwatches.com) with your order details so that we can search for it and send you a confirmation.

All our products and boxes are sent in a case specially designed for them and also serve as a very nice gift package.

You have the possibility to enter a delivery address different from the billing address. To do this, simply enter the different addresses at the time of your order or in your customer area for future purchases.

Products

The system on the back of your case is specially designed to allow you to change your bracelets and accessories in the blink of an eye.

  • For a bracelet change, all you need to do on the back of your case is to:
    • Lift the flap
    • Pull on each side to remove the plates
    • Separate the two parts of your bracelet by lifting the flap at the back and pulling it out
    • Insert each part of the bracelets into the rails until the end of their path while keeping the flap open and then close it.
  • To insert your pendant or pocket watch plate, simply:
    • Lift the flap at the back of the accessory
    • Insert the plate into the rails keeping the flap opened
    • Close the flap

All our bracelets and accessories are indeed interchangeable as long as you use bracelets or accessories of the same size as your case, i.e. 27mm or 40mm.

Your Guillot watch can withstand a pressure of 3 bar. This resistance has been tested in accordance with Guillot manufacturing standards and implies that your watch is only protected against splashes, rain or household chores but not against total and/or prolonged immersion such as swimming, diving, water sports…

In the event of accidental immersion in sea water, we recommend that you quickly wipe your watch with a soft cloth moistened with fresh water and dry it with a clean, dry microfibre cloth.

The attachment system of your Guillot bracelet is specially designed and patented to fit Guillot watches only. You cannot use your Guillot bracelet on a watch from another brand.

The bracelets we offer, for the small (27mm) and large (40mm) models, are unique, adjustable sizes, so you can use our bracelets on any wrist size.

Your watch is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase. To consult the conditions of application of your guarantee, we invite you to consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If your watch has a defect during this period, please contact the store or online store where the watch was purchased for repair and warranty information.

Maintenance & Care

It is advisable to keep your Guillot watch in a ventilated place away from prolonged contact with ultraviolet rays.

To clean your Guillot watch, we recommend that you use a clean, dry microfibre cloth and wipe the marks off the glass and the rest of the case without rubbing hard.

If you also want to clean the inside of the fixing plates, we advise you to use a cotton swab and pass over the tracks without rubbing intensely.

  • Pull out the crown one notch until you hear a click
  • Turn the crown to set the time as desired
  • Push in the crown until you hear the click again

Payments

On our website we accept payment with credit cards only.

We do not have the possibility to offer you payment in several installments. Any payment made will be made in one go.

Returns

You have the possibility to return your products according the conditions mentioned in our General Terms chapter 12. Since we do not exchange products, you can order a new product that will satisfy you more.

Upon receipt of your return, we will proceed with the refund. The time it takes for the transfer to be effective may vary from bank to bank. It takes a few days before you see the transfer appear on your bank account.

Warranty
